Pre-Diet

Finally! All that you have been waiting for! Remember, if you make a mistake just leave it alone and try again. That is the MOST IMPORTANT key to this diet. Just like "practice makes perfect - fitness makes perfect!"

The Diet - Guide Lines - HIGH PROTein/Low carb

Here are the guild lines you will need to follow for this particular diet.

-50 Carbs Per Day (Check with a specialist to see what low carb is right for your body. I did 50 because that was low for mine. Varies by age and size)

-Drink NOTHING But Water

-Do not eat past 7pm

-Exercise- CARDIO: Running, walking, swimming, etc (GYM membership is a BIG plus!)

 

Yes, exercise is a must, but do not let that strap you down. If you have no time to do it then follow the other steps. I do, however, stress that you do exercise! Maybe if you do not have the time, then do it 3 times a week.
